Pennies and Dice

This is a great game from our math series--Pennies and Dice. It's a fun game that can be played at a restaurant while waiting. Find some dice from an old game and stick it in your purse. Next time you're waiting for your food to arrive, pull out the dice and all your pennies. Take turns rolling the dice. The number on the dice will determine how many pennies you can take (if you roll a 6 but there are only 4 pennies, you lose a turn). Whoever has the most money wins! To extend this game, throw in nickels and other coins.
